- Full name is Eugene Paul Adams but please, Gene is preferred. CA Insurance License# 0i40720.
- Gene moved his office out of the Bella Terra Office Complex during COVID to 16661 Graz Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92649-3602. It will be tough moving back.
- Gene was born and raised in a small town in Ohio. Gene thinks everyone should be raised in a small town.
- A late bloomer Gene decided to enlist in the Army after High School where he served as an Instructor in the Corps. Of Engineers at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
- Gene was discharged just weeks before the shooting started in Vietnam. Lucky that!
- Graduated 1972 from University of Colorado, Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude in Finance. Thank you, G.I. Bill.
- Gene was a Banker most of his working life and was President for a time.
- Gene started his own Finance Company from scratch and grew it to where there were customers in all 50 states. After selling that company to a large public company Gene retired shortly thereafter. 7 or 8 years of retirement resulted in serious boredom.
- Capitalizing on his Banking and Financial experience, Gene joined the FDIC (the Bank Regulators) for a temporary assignment. This was enormously rewarding because Gene helped transfer billions of dollars of customers hard earned money to a bigger, stronger bank. Gene is immensely proud of his FDIC days – not a single dollar of depositor’s money was lost on those banks he helped.
- When Gene became eligible for MediCare himself, Gene could not believe how complicated and confusing MediCare was. Gene studied everything he could about MediCare to figure it all out before choosing the BEST Plan for himself, and he did.
- Friends started turning to Gene for answers and he was glad to help. Now, more than a decade later, Gene is a full time MediCare Advisor studying every day to keep abreast of changes to the over 150 different MediCare Plans available in the area.
- Every individual is unique and special. Finding the MediCare Plan that fits a person’s particular circumstances requires knowledge and experience. Many times, one Plan for one spouse is not the best choice for the other spouse because they are two individuals and have unique circumstances.
